Do you want to share a special day or moment with one person, or in a circle of up to 6 people? I will be honoured to cook as your personal chef a 6-course menu, that represents best what cooking means to me. The matching drinks will pair with every dish I prepare. The booking of the degustation menu requires a certain flexibility and will on your side to be completely surprised.
The dishes of my degustation menu are strongly influenced by seasonal products and spontanity. A stroll over the market will inspire me for the cooking of your event. Of course I will consider eventual requirements you might have, like allergies, food intolerances or simply some favourite ingredients you definitely want to see on the plate!
The decoration of the table will be adapted to the occasion you have to celebrate.
