Celebrate a special occasion with a set 3 or more course menu with yet uncomplicated and informal service and in the setting of your own home or rental villa. Invite friends and family over to enjoy time together without having to cook, set the table or do the dishes afterwards.
I arrive well prepared at your house, but I will use your kitchen for further preparations, cooking and serving of your lovely dinner. Of course everyone is welcome to have a glimpse in the kitchen – it’s your home! We start the menu with a small “amuse bouche” and my homemade olive bread, olives and mallorcan olive oil on the table. After dessert I will serve a typical digestif. All courses are served with time and some explanations about ingredients or background of the dish. So, take your time to enjoy your dinner and company of friends and family.
